摘  要:择型分子筛如ZSM-5由于具有独特的结构和孔道效应,以及水热稳定性高、硅铝比可调范围大、酸性强、合成成本低等优点在工业上得到了广泛应用。ZSM-11与ZSM-5同属Pentasil分子筛家族,两者结构相似,但ZSM-11分子筛孔道为十字形的交叉孔道,相比商用ZSM-5分子筛的之字形孔道具有更优异的传质扩散能力和降低焦炭的优势。本文重点聚焦ZSM-11分子筛的合成与应用,按合成目的、方式进行了分类,并对ZSM-11分子筛在催化裂化、苯的烷基化、脱硝、芳构化、甲醇制烯烃及其他新型应用方面进行阐述,提出ZSM-11分子筛只有解决其合成的成本、环保问题,向无溶剂、无模板剂、原位合成等方向发展,才能加快它在工业领域更为广泛的应用。Shape-selective molecular sieves such as ZSM-5 are widely used in industry due to their unique structure and pore effect,as well as high hydrothermal stability,adjustable silica-alumina ratio,strong acidity,and low synthesis cost,etc.ZSM-11 belongs to the same Pentasil molecular sieve family as ZSM-5,and their structures are similar,but the pore channel of ZSM-11 molecular sieve is a cross-shaped cross pore channel,which means ZSM-11 molecular sieve has superior mass transfer diffusion ability and coke reduction advantage compared to commercial ZSM-5 molecular sieve.This paper focuses on the synthesis and application of ZSM-11 molecular sieve,classifies it by synthesis purpose and mode,and elaborates on ZSM-11 molecular sieve in catalytic cracking,alkylation of benzene,denitrification,aromatization,methanol to olefin and other new applications.In order to accelerate its wider application in the industrial field,it is proposed that ZSM-11 molecular sieve can only be developed in the direction of solvent-free,template-free and in situ synthesis by solving its synthesis cost and environmental problems.
