摘 要:剂油比参数在催化裂化装置操作中对实际生产有重要指导意义。国内催化裂化装置现用的剂油比计算公式存在引入数据多、计算复杂等问题。本文利用催化裂化装置生焦与烧焦碳平衡推导出简单、可靠和可行性强的剂油比计算公式。该公式表明,剂油比的本质意义即单位时间进入提升管中的总进料经过催化反应后转换为可烧焦的焦量相对总进料的占比与同时进入提升管反应器参与总进料催化反应的催化剂转变为待生剂的含碳量比值。The catalyst oil ratio parameter has important guiding significance for the actual production in the operation of catalytic cracking unit.There are many problems in the calculation formula of catalyst oil ratio currently used in domestic catalytic cracking units,such as too much data and complex calculation.A simple,reliable and feasible formula for calculating the ratio of catalyst to oil is derived from the balance of coke generation and coke burning in the catalytic device.The formula shows that the essential meaning of the catalyst oil ratio is the ratio of the total feed into the riser after catalytic reaction to the amount of coke that can be burned to the total feed and the carbon content of the catalyst that enters the riser reactor at the same time to participate in the catalytic reaction of the total feed into the spent agent.
