乳腺囊性增生症的诊疗研究进展

摘　　要：乳腺囊性增生症是现下常见的乳腺疾病,好发于青中年妇女,乳腺囊性增生症的确切发病机制尚不明确,主要表现为乳腺管内不同程度地乳头状增生伴乳管囊性扩张,也有发生于小叶实质者,目前主要认为其发生与卵巢内分泌紊乱有关,当雌激素水平过高,而孕激素水平相对不足时,乳腺腺体受雌激素不断刺激而致腺体上皮持续异常增生,管腔增大,最终形成囊肿。乳腺囊性增生症通常为良性病变,也有一定的恶变倾向。目前并无特效治疗方案,现代医学一般分为手术治疗和药物保守治疗两方面,祖国医学以治病求本为原则,辨证论治,综合施策。文章概括总结了祖国医学与现代医学技术对乳腺囊性增生症的诊疗研究进展,包括对该病病因病机、发病机制、药物治疗、手术治疗、推拿、针灸、外敷、热敷等中医调理的治疗方法,以期为乳腺囊性增生症的临床诊疗提供借鉴。Breast cystic hyperplasia is a common breast disease at present,which mainly occurs in young and middle-aged women.The exact pathogenesis of breast cystic hyperplasia is not clear.It is mainly manifested in papillary hyperplasia with cystic expansion of breast duct in varying degrees,and also in lobular parenchyma.At present,it is mainly considered that its occurrence is related to ovarian endocrine disorder.When the estrogen level is too high,the progesterone level is relatively insufficient,the mammary gland is continuously stimulated by estrogen,resulting in continuous abnormal hyperplasia of glandular epithelium,enlargement of lumen,and finally the formation of cyst.Cystic hyperplasia of breast is usually benign and has a certain tendency of malignant transformation.At present,there is no specific treatment plan.Modern medicine is generally divided into surgical treatment and drug conservative treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine takes treatment as the principle,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and comprehensive measures.This paper summarized the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical technology in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cystic hyperplasia,including the etiology,pathogenesis,drug treatment,surgical treatment massage,acupuncture,external application,hot compress and other TCM conditioning treatment methods,in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cystic hyperplasia.
