摘 要:藏药是重要的民族药资源,具有极高的药用研究价值,随着近年来研究人员对藏药植物的研究进展,许多藏药植物生长情况及药用成分已经逐渐清晰。为了给今后藏药相关研究提供重要的理论依据和技术支持,文章根据近年来分子生物学相关方法在藏药植物领域中的运用,综述了藏药药效成分生物合成途径、藏药药用植物分子鉴定、藏药药理作用等方面的研究进展。文章对藏药植物的研究方法和研究进展进行系统归纳整理,对研究成果进行分析和借鉴。通过以上整理,为我国藏药资源的充分开发及临床利用提供参考,为藏药植物保护措施和今后研究方向进行了展望。Tibetan medicine is a significant national medicine resource and has extremely high medicinal research value.With the progress of research on Tibetan medicine plants by researchers in recent years,the growth conditions and medicinal ingredients of many Tibetan medicine plants have gradually become clear.To provide significant theoretical basis and technical support for future research on Tibetan medicine,according to the application of molecular biology related methods in the field of Tibetan medicine plants in recent years,the biosynthetic pathways of active ingredients of Tibetan medicine,the medicinal plants of Tibetan medicine research progress in molecular identification,and the pharmacological effects of Tibetan medicine were systematically summarized.The research methods and research progress of Tibetan medicine plants were analyzed.The above sorting is sufficient for Tibetan medicine resources,the development and clinical application provide a reference for the protection of Tibetan medicine plants and prospects for future research directions.
