摘  要:为了获得2种不同结构的太阳能真空集热管的传热性能,建立了新型U型真空集热管的物理模型及热阻模型进行传热分析,并在室外条件对不同真空管结构的太阳能集热器进行了热性能测试,结果表明:不同结构的真空管集热器热性能存在较大差别,U型管下部填充保温材料的太阳能集热器出口温度和集热效率均高于U型管下部未填充保温材料的集热器,两组集热器最大出口温差为2.1℃,平均集热效率相差10.3%,所以U型管下填充保温材料的太阳能真空集热管结构更佳。In order to obtain the heat transfer performance of two solar vacuum collector tubes with different structures,the physical model and thermal resistance model of the new-type U-shaped vacuum collector tube are established for heat transfer analysis,and the thermal performance of solar collectors with different vacuum tube structures is tested in outdoor conditions.The results show that the thermal performance of vacuum tube collectors with different structures is quite different.The outlet temperature and heat collection efficiency of solar collectors with U-tube filled with insulation material are higher than that of the solar collectors without U-tube filled with insulation material.The maximum outlet temperature difference between the two groups of collectors is 2.1℃,and the average heat collection efficiency difference is 10.3%.Therefore,the structure of solar vacuum heat collecting tube filled with insulation material under U-tube is better.
