摘  要:以钻井废弃泥浆等为原料,开展满足国家油田标准要求的压裂支撑剂的制备研究。基于对原料的元素组成、矿物组成的系统分析,结合国家标准对压裂支撑剂主要性能指标的要求,探讨了Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2)比例、烧结温度与锰矿粉添加量对压裂支撑剂的性能影响。结果表明:原料配比m(Al_(2)O_(3))∶m(SiO_(2))=3∶1,烧结温度1350℃可以获得满足国家52 MPa要求的压裂支撑剂;5%质量比的锰矿粉添加可提高6.24%的压裂支撑剂强度并降低50℃的烧结温度需求,起到了增强剂和助熔剂的作用。The preparation process of fracturing proppant from waste drilling mud was carried out to meet the requirements of national oilfield standards.Based on the systematic analysis of the elemental composition and mineral composition of raw materials,combined with the main performance indicators of fracturing proppant by national standards,the effects of the ratio of Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2),sintering temperature and the addition of manganese ore powder were investigated.The results show that:when the raw material ratio is m(Al_(2)O_(3))∶m(SiO_(2))=3∶1 and the sintering temperature is 1350℃,the proppant can meet the national standard of 52 MPa.With 5%addition of manganese ore powder by mass ratio,the proppant strength can increase by 6.24%and the sintering temperature requirement can be reduced by 50℃.Therefore,the manganese ore powder played as an enhancer and a fluxing agent for the manufacture of fracturing proppant.
