摘 要:为研究二级V带圆柱齿轮减速器在日常使用中的性能并对其做出评价,在遵循机械设计的一般原则的前提下,将机械可靠性与使用可靠性结合的多级多目标的模糊综合评定方法应用于对工程机械的总体可靠性综合评价。在不同层级多种因素的情况下,同时考虑机械自身工艺条件和外界使用环境,针对二级V带圆柱齿轮减速器的可靠性,引入多层结构进行分析,给出数值化的具体评价标准,并通过具体实例对方案进行阐述和解释说明,结果表明该体系可以有效评价总体可靠性。In order to evaluate the performance of the two-stage V-belt cylindrical gear reducer in daily use,and following the general principles of mechanical design,the multi-level and multi-objective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which combines mechanical reliability and operational reliability is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of the overall reliability of construction machinery.In the case of multiple factors at different levels,considering the process conditions of the machine and the environment of external use,the reliability of two-stage V-belt cylindrical gear reducer is introduced into a multi-layer structure for analysis and the specific numerical evaluation criteria are given.This fuzzy evaluation system is explained by using some specific examples,and the results indicate that this system can effectively evaluate the reliability of the overall equipment.
