河南省数字经济发展水平测度及时空演变特征

摘　　要：文章选取河南省2015~2020年河南省18个地级市的面板数据,应用熵值法对各项指标赋予权重,并采用泰尔指数、莫兰指数及变异系数等方法,构建数字经济综合评价指标体系,研究河南省数字经济的发展特征。研究发现:河南省数字经济发展水平增长较为平稳,但是发展水平比较低,各方面的发展空间都很大;河南省的数字经济发展水平存在比较大的差异,尤其是地区内部的差异较大,而地区间差异很小,中原城市群差异最大,黄淮经济区最小,其他区域居中,而且这些差异还存在一定的“固化”现象;河南省各市的数字经济发展的集聚特征不显著,城市之间发展的关联性不强;河南省各地区的数字经济发展水平随时间变化而收敛的趋势并不显著。以上结论可为促进河南省数字经济发展的政策制定提供理论依据。This paper,selecting the panel data of 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province from 2015 to 2020 and giving weight to each index by entropy method,deeply studies the development characteristics of digital economy in Henan Province and intends to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of digital economy with the use of Theil index,Moran index and variation coefficient.It is found that:The development of digital economy in Henan Province is relatively stable,but the development level is still low,and there is a lot of room for development in all aspects;There js a great distance in the development level of digital economy in Henan Province,especially within regions,while the differences between regions are very small.The differences between the Central Plains urban agglomeration are the largest,with that of the Huanghuai economic zone the smallest,and other regions in the middle.Moreover,these differences indicate a certain phenomenon of"solidification";The agglomeration characteristics of digital economy in Henan Province are not significant,and the correlation between cities is not strong.The convergence trend of digital economy with time going is not clearly seen in various regions of Henan Province.With the help of the study,this paper tries to draw conclusions and provide a theoretical basis for policy-making to promote the development of digital economy in Henan Province.
