摘  要:[目的]探究光照胁迫对栓皮栎叶片解剖结构的影响。[方法]以栓皮栎2年生实生苗新鲜叶片为研究对象,设置45%、25%、8%透光率3个光照胁迫梯度,以全光照不遮阴为对照组,采用石蜡切片法,生物显微镜下测定不同遮阴处理栓皮栎叶片各组织结构变化情况。[结果]不同程度光照胁迫下,叶片厚度、上表皮厚度、下表皮厚度、主脉直径和栅栏组织均随着光照强度的减弱呈逐渐降低的趋势,且各参数均显著低于CK;海绵组织厚度随着光照强度的减弱呈先增加后降低的趋势,轻度光照胁迫增加了海绵组织厚度,其他程度光胁迫处理海绵组织厚度低于CK;栅栏组织厚度/海绵组织厚度呈不断减小的趋势,光照胁迫降低了叶片结构紧密度。[结论]栓皮栎幼苗具有一定的耐阴性,其叶片对光环境变化非常敏感,叶片解剖结构会随着光照环境的变化产生相应的适应性变化。[Objective]To explore the effect of light stress on leaf anatomical structure of Quercus variabilis.[Method]The fresh leaves of biennial seedlings of Quercus variabilis were selected as the research objects,three light stress gradients including 45%light transmittance,25%light transmittance,8%light transmittance were set to experience group,full light without shading was set to control group.[Result]The leaf anatomical structure of Quercus variabilis were comparatively studied with the help of scanning electron microscope and paraffin section method.With the decrease of light stress,the leaf thickness,upper epidermis thickness,lower epidermis thickness,main vein diameter and palisade tissue thickness decreased gradually,and all parameters were significantly lower than the control.With the decrease of light stress,the spongy tissue thickness increased first and then decreased,and the mild stress improved,while other treatments reduced the spongy tissue thickness.The ratio of palisade/spongy tissue thickness showed declining tendency,the light stress significantly decreased the leaf structure tightness.[Conclusion]Quercus variabilis seedlings have certain shade-tolerance,because of the anatomical structure of its leaves will change sensitively and accordingly with the changes of light environment.
