摘 要:利用叶绿素荧光参数F_(v)/F_(m)对月季品种的耐热性进行鉴定评价,结果表明:133个供试月季品种的耐热性荧光参数F v/F m值在0.540~0.808,耐热性基本服从正态分布,表现为多基因控制的数量性状。采用聚类分析法筛选出耐热性强的品种59个,并从中进一步筛选出“甜美人玫迪兰”“光谱”“黄爱玫”和“绿野”等19个耐热性优秀的月季品种。月季不同类型间的耐热性存在差异,其中微型和灌木类型月季耐热性较强。该研究结果对于利用抗性亲本选育耐热月季新品种及研究月季耐热机理具有参考意义。The heat tolerance of Rosa chinensis cultivar was evaluated by chlorophyll fluorescence parameter F v/F m and the results showed that the value of F_(v)/F_(m)of 133 cultivars ranged from 0.540 to 0.808.The heat tolerance basically obeys normal distribution,showing quantitative traits controlled by multiple genes.The cluster analysis method was used to screen 59 varieties with strong heat resistance,and 19 varieties with excellent heat resistance were further screened out,such as“sweet beauty Meidilan”“spectrum”“yellow Aimei”and“Lvye”.There were significant differences in heat tolerance among different types of Rosa chinensis,among which micro and shrub types had stronger heat tolerance.The results of this study have reference significance for breeding new cultivar with resistance parents and studying the mechanism of heat resistance of Rosa chinensis.
