摘　　要：农村人力资本开发是乡村振兴战略中人才振兴的关键内容。当前我国农村地区人力资本开发面临着现实、内生、认知、衔接、管理5个层面的困境,制约着其价值功能的发挥。对此,应以人才振兴理念为导向,从夯实基础、方法革新、引育结合、及时纠偏、机制重构着手,探寻破解当前农村地区人力资本开发困境的有效策略,助推乡村振兴战略。The rural human capital development is the key content of rural vitalization strategy.At present,the rural human capital development of China is facing five predicaments:reality,endogenous,cognition,convergence and management,which restricts the exertion of its function.Therefore,we should guide by talent revitalization,and focus on:constructing the foundation,innovating the methods,combining the attractiveness and instructiveness,correcting the deviation,and reconstructing the mechanism,to solve the predicaments of rural human capital development,and boost the rural vitalization strategy.
