苏州城乡融合发展水平测度·问题短板和路径探析

摘　　要：构建了人口融合、空间融合、经济融合、社会融合和生态融合等5个维度指标体系,采用熵值法对苏州城乡融合发展水平进行了科学测度,研究了2008—2019年苏州不同时序分布的城乡融合发展水平和不同维度城乡融合发展水平的差异,得出了苏州城乡融合发展中“城乡要素自由流动的障碍依然存在”“乡村产业融合发展的动能依然羸弱”,并给出了符合苏州实际、具有苏州特色的城乡融合发展实施路径的政策建议。By constructing the five dimensional index system of population integration,spatial integration,economic integration,social integration and ecological integration,this paper scientifically measures the development level of urban-rural integration in Suzhou by using the entropy weight method,and studies the differences of urban-rural integration development level and urban-rural integration development level of different dimensions in Suzhou from 2008 to 2019.It is concluded that there are still some problems in the development of urban-rural integration in Suzhou,such as“the obstacles to the free flow of urban-rural factors still exist”and“the kinetic energy of rural industrial integration development is still weak”,and gives policy suggestions on the implementation path of urban-rural integration development in line with the reality of Suzhou and with Suzhou characteristics.
