摘　　要：乡村振兴是一项宏伟的民族复兴工程,实施乡村振兴战略是当前开展“三农”工作的总抓手。涉农高职院校要充分利用自身得天独厚的优势,紧密结合自身发展的体系和特点,创新德育观、能力观和职业观,聚焦人才培养,旨在为农村培养技术扎实、素质过硬的人才,助力乡村振兴战略。The realization of rural revitalization is a magnificent national rejuvenation project,and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy is the general gripper for“agriculture,countryside and farmers”in the new period.Agriculture-related higher vocational colleges should make use of their own unique advantages,closely combine the system and characteristics of their own development,innovate the moral education view,view of ability and view of occupation,focus on the cultivation of talents,so as to train the talents with solid technology and excellent quality for the countryside,and help the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
