摘  要:本文针对凸轮轴-调整垫片摩擦副粘着磨损形式,分析影响该摩擦副磨损的主要因素,基于Archard粘着磨损机理,建立凸轮-垫片摩擦副磨损量预测的数学模型,并利用试验数据对数值模型进行标定。最后研究了转速、材料、温度和粗糙度等因素对凸轮-调整垫片摩擦副磨损的影响规律。为气门与座圈摩擦副的改进设计提供依据。In this paper,the main factors affecting the wear of cam shaft-adjusting gasket friction pair are analyzed based on the Archard wear mechanism,a mathematical model for predicting the wear rate of the cam-gasket friction pair between valve and seat ring is established,and the numerical model is calibrated by the test data.Finally,the influence of the factors such as rotating speed,material,temperature and roughness on the wear of cam-adjusting gasket friction pair is studied.It provides the basis for improving the design of the friction pair between valve and seat ring.
