摘 要:油膜轴承作为一种精密轴承,在实际加工制造时,其所有组装零部件都必须清洗干净才能进行装配。在油膜轴承安装好投入使用后也需定期进行清洗,否则会影响其运行性能和使用寿命。为了保证油膜轴承各零部件的清洗效果,提高生产率,降低产品寿命周期成本,对油膜轴承清洗装置进行了结构设计与研究。通过采用立式箱体结构可减少占地面积;通过利用活塞杆可以实现安装架的上下移动以满足不同零件的清洗要求;为了保护箱体工作时的安全稳定性设置了保护层及转动门;通过在搅拌柱上加设挡板结构,可以增加搅拌幅度,优化搅拌效果,提高清洗效率。As a kind of precision bearing,all assembly parts of the oil-film bearing must be cleaned before assembled during the actual processing and manufacturing.After the oil-film bearing has been installed and put into use,it also needs to be cleaned regularly,otherwise it will affect the operating performance and service life of the oil-film bearing.In order to ensure the cleaning effect of the each part of the oil-film bearing,and to improve the productivity,and to reduce the product life cycle cost,the structural design and research of the oil-film bearing cleaning device were carried out.The floor area can be reduced by using the vertical box structure.By using the piston rod,the mounting frame can be moved up and down to meet the cleaning requirements of different parts.In order to protect the safety and stability of the box during operating,a protective layer and revolving doors were provided.By adding baffle structure on the stirring column,the stirring range can be increased,and the stirring effect can be optimized,and the cleaning efficiency can be improved.
