摘 要:在使用过程中,镀镍磷合金的两个花键轴出现不同程度的磨损。利用洛氏硬度计检测主轴的硬度,采用直读光谱仪、碳硫联合分析仪测试材料中的化学成分。采用扫描电镜及金相显微镜对主轴进行微观组织的分析。结果表明:镀层的厚度差异很大,磨损严重的主轴其镍磷合金层的厚度是磨损较轻的主轴的3倍,齿侧存在轴向犁沟及黏着磨损,而且犁沟内存在细小的磨粒。因此,主轴的异常磨损主要是镍磷合金层产生脱落,导致花键轴与花键套之间产生微动磨损,随后发展为磨粒磨损及黏着磨损。The two spline shafts of electroless nickel phosphorus alloy have different degrees of wear in use.The hardness of the spindle was tested by Rockwell hardness tester,and the chemical composition of the material was tested by direct reading spectrometer and carbon sulfur combined analyzer.The microstructure of the spindle was analyzed by SEM and metallographic microscope.The results show that the thickness of Ni-P alloy coating is different greatly.The thickness of Ni-P alloy layer is three times of that of light wear spindle.There are axial furrow and adhesive wear on the tooth side,and there are small wear particles in the furrow.Therefore,the abnormal wear of the spindle is mainly due to the loose Ni-P alloy coating falling off,which leads to fretting wear between the spline shaft and the spline sleeve,and then develops into abrasive wear and adhesive wear.
