摘  要:加速功率型电力系统稳定器(PSS)在发电机深度调峰进相工况由于转速计算误差大导致功率低频振荡问题。文中结合现场功率振荡案例分析PSS产生负阻尼的原因。基于励磁装置采用电气量计算转速的主流方法,通过求解转速对有功和无功功率导数开展转速计算电抗参数灵敏度分析。研究在不同工况下电抗参数取值对转速计算误差影响。转速计算准确度与电抗参数以及机组运行工况相关,而且当电抗参数整定值偏大时,转速计算准确度随着机组有功降低、无功进相而变差。仿真测试和现场试验验证了理论分析的正确性,对转速计算所用电抗参数取值范围以及PSS试验注意事项提出指导建议。The problem of low-frequency power oscillation is caused by the large rotational speed calculation error of the powertype power system stabilizer(PSS) with improved rotational speed under the condition of deep peak regulation and leading phase of the generator. In this paper, the cause that PSS produces negative damping is analyzed based on the case of field power oscillation.Based on the mainstream method for calculating rotational speed by electrical quantities of excitation device, the sensitivity analysis of reactance parameters in rotational speed calculation is carried out by solving the derivative of rotational speed to active and reactive power. The influence of reactance parameters on rotational speed calculation error under different operation conditions is studied. The accuracy of rotational speed calculation is related to the reactance parameters and the operation conditions of the generator unit. When the reactance parameter setting value is too large, the accuracy of rotational speed calculation becomes worse with the reduction of the active power of the generator unit and the advance of reactive power. Simulation test and field test verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, and provide guidance and suggestions on the range of reactance parameters used for the rotational speed calculation and the precautions for PSS test.
