摘 要:分布式电源的接入改变了配电网的网络结构和故障特性,导致传统的三段式电流保护难以适用。纵联差动保护可以有效解决有源配电网中保护失效问题,但是存在通信通道和数据同步的问题。光学电流互感器具备功耗低、电绝缘性好等特点,但是受限于温度等因素的影响,难以在配电网中广泛应用。文中提出一种基于光学电流互感器的有源配电网相差保护方案。该方案通过光学电流互感器将电流信号转化为光强信号,然后通过光纤将对端光强信号传递至本端,有效地解决了纵联保护的通信通道和数据同步问题。方案采用相位差动保护,避免了温度和光源变化对光学电流互感器的影响。最后,仿真和动模实验验证了所提方案的可行性。The access of distributed generators has changed the network structure and fault characteristics of distribution networks,which makes the traditional three-section current protection difficult to adapt.The pilot differential protection can effectively solve the problem of protection failure in active distribution networks,but there are problems of communication channel and data synchronization.Optical current transformer(OCT)has the characteristics of low power consumption and good electrical insulation,but it is difficult to be widely used in the distribution network due to the influence of temperature and other factors.A phase differential protection scheme of active distribution network based on OCT is proposed.The scheme converts current signal into light intensity signal through OCT,and then transmits the light intensity signal on the opposite end to the local end through optical fibers,which effectively solves the communication channel and data synchronization problems of pilot protection.The phase differential protection is adopted to avoid the influence of temperature and light source changes on the OCT.Finally,the feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified by simulation and dynamic simulation experiments.
