摘 要:现代同步电网中频发的强迫振荡问题,对系统稳定运行构成了严重威胁。为消除强迫振荡,并避免直接切除扰动源发电机,精准地定位扰动源所在发电机及相应的控制设备具有重要的研究意义。文中给出了发电机的模型响应定义,并构建了其关系式;在此基础上,提出了应用发电机边界数据对模型响应的功率谱密度进行预测的原理。针对扰动源和非扰动源发电机响应的不同构成,提出了根据预测的模型响应功率谱密度和实际功率谱密度的匹配性质来实现扰动源发电机定位的方法;进一步,可根据发电机不同位置的扰动源造成不同控制响应的模型响应功率谱密度和实际功率谱密度不匹配程度的显著差异,精确地定位产生扰动源的具体控制设备。10机39节点系统和华北电网的仿真结果验证了所提定位方法的正确性和适用性。The frequent forced oscillation problems in modern synchronized power grids pose a serious threat to the stable operation of power systems.To eliminate the forced oscillation and avoid the direct removal of the oscillation source generator,it is of great research significance to accurately locate the generator and the control device that produce the oscillation sources.Therefore,the definition of the model response of the generator is given,and the corresponding expressions are constructed.On this basis,the principle of predicting the power spectral density of generator model responses with generator boundary data is proposed.Concerning the different components of oscillation-source generator responses and non-oscillation-source generator responses,a method for locating the disturbance source generator is proposed according to the matching property between the predicted power spectral density of model response and the actual power spectral density.Furthermore,the conspicuous disparities of mismatches between model-response-based power spectral density and actual power spectral density of different control responses according to the different locations of oscillation sources within the source generators,and precisely locates the detailed control devices which produce the oscillation sources.The simulation results of the 10-machine 39-bus system and the North China power grid demonstrate the correctness and applicability of the proposed locating method.
