摘 要:未来将有大量新能源经功率变换器馈入电网,形成新能源机组和同步发电机共存的新型电力系统,这使得电力系统的暂态功角稳定问题更加复杂。文中分析了变流器锁相环平衡点的存在性与同步发电机暂态功角稳定性的联系。基于几何奇异摄动理论,针对含变流器和同步发电机的系统,分析了变流器失去平衡点导致锁相环输出角与同步发电机功角耦合的原因;揭示了高比例变流器接入的电网中更容易发生这种耦合的机理。详细分析了变流器失去平衡点后,锁相环对发电机同步稳定性的两种影响机理:锁相环失稳短暂地增加同步发电机的减速面积导致发电机功角减速;锁相环失稳增加同步发电机加速面积导致发电机功角快速失稳。文中从理论上刻画了发电机功角稳定受锁相环制约的条件,对新型电力系统中功角稳定域的研究具有参考意义。A large number of renewable energy will be integrated into the power grid through power converters in the future,forming a new power system in which renewable energy units and synchronous generators coexist,which makes the problem of transient power angle stability of the power system more complex.The relationship between the existence of the phase-locked loop(PLL)equilibrium point of the converter and the transient power angle stability of the synchronous generator is analyzed.Based on the geometric singular perturbation theory,for the system with converters and synchronous generators,the reasons for the coupling between the output angle of PLL and the power angle of synchronous generator caused by the loss of equilibrium point are analyzed.It reveals the mechanism that this coupling is more likely to occur in the power grid penetrated by high proportion of converters.This paper analyzes in detail the two influence mechanisms of PLL on the synchronous stability of the generator after the converter loses the equilibrium point.The first one is that the instability of PLL briefly increases the deceleration area of the synchronous generator,resulting in the deceleration of the generator power angle.The second one is that the instability of PLL increases the acceleration area of the synchronous generator,resulting in the rapid instability of the generator power angle.The conditions that PLL restricts the power angle stability of the generator are described theoretically,which has the reference significance for the research of power angle stability region in the new power system.
