成都市城乡水务供排净治一体化改革实践与思考

摘　　要：实施城乡供水、排水、净水、治水一体化改革,是保障城市高质量发展、增进民生福祉的重要举措。以成都市为例,剖析了新时期城乡治水管水面临的主要问题,分析了成都水务供排净治一体化改革实践的主要举措和成效,总结了深化超大特大城市城乡水务一体化改革的主要经验,可为相关城市水务改革提供参考借鉴。The integrated reform of water supply,drainage,purification and treatment in urban and rural areas is an important measure to ensure high-quality development of cities and improve people's well-being.Taking Chengdu City as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems faced by urban and rural water management in the new period,comprehensively reviews the main measures in practice of the integrated reform involved in the full process from water supply to treatment.And summarizes the main experience of deepening the integration reform of urban and rural water resources in megacities,which can provide reference for related urban water resources reform.
