摘　　要：以水利部、国家发展改革委、财政部联合印发的《关于推进用水权改革的指导意见》为基础,分析了完善水权交易平台的意义与任务,提出统筹加快完善水权交易平台的相关措施,以期为完善水权交易平台建设提供参考。Based on the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Reform of Rights to Water Use jointly issued by the Ministry of Water Resources,the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance,analysis is made on the significance and tasks of improving water rights trading platform.Measures to coordinate and accelerate the improvement of the water rights trading platform are put forward,with a view to providing reference for further improvement.
