摘　　要：2021年10月,水利部印发《关于推进智慧水利建设的指导意见》《智慧水利建设顶层设计》,将数字孪生三峡工程列为重大水利工程数字孪生工程,明确要求推进建设。围绕数字孪生三峡工程,分析了数据安全面临的形势,梳理了数据资源情况,提出了数据安全防护措施建议。On October 2021,the Ministry of Water Resources issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Smart Water Conservancy and the Top Level Design of Smart Water Conservancy Construction,which listed the digital twin of the Three Gorges Project as a digital twin project of major water conservancy projects and explicitly required to promote the construction.This paper focuses on the digital twin of the Three Gorges Project,analyzes the situation faced by data security,summarizes the data resources,analyzes the existing shortcomings,and puts forward suggestions on data security protection measures.
