夏普蓝、顶级、蓝雨三个品种蓝莓的光合特性比较

摘  要:通过测量夏普蓝、顶级、蓝雨三个南高丛蓝莓品种成熟叶片在不同光合有效辐射下叶片的相关生理参数,运用软件测取光饱和点、光补偿点、最大净光合速率、暗呼吸速率和表观量子效率等参数,对三个品种蓝莓的叶绿素含量、叶面积大小及气孔大小及形状进行观察测量,结果发现三种蓝莓中,叶绿素含量夏普蓝>蓝雨>顶级,叶面积顶级>蓝雨>夏普蓝,气孔数为顶级>夏普蓝>蓝雨,三个品种蓝莓的光合速率与光合有效辐射、气孔导度、蒸腾速率呈正相关,与胞间CO_(2)浓度呈负相关,蓝莓的光饱和点和光补偿点为顶级>蓝雨>夏普蓝,最大净光速率为蓝雨>夏普蓝>顶级,表观量子效率为夏普蓝>蓝雨>顶级,综合得出蓝雨光合能力表现最强,对光环境的适应性表现最好,其次是夏普蓝,顶级在光合能力及光适应方面表现较弱,对弱光适应较差.This paper measured three southern highbush blueberry Sharpblue,DingJi,Bluerain varieties mature leaves in different light synthetic measurement of physiological parameters related to effective radiation blade,and then used software measured the light saturation point and light compensation point:Amax,Rd,AQY and other parameters,and then observed the content of chlorophyll,the three blueberry leaf area and stomatal size and shape.The reswts shnued:The obtained three blueberry varieties,the chlorophyll content is the size is Sharpblue>Bluerain>DingJi,the size of leaf area is DingJi>Bluerain>Sharpblue stomatal number is DingJi>Sharpblue>Bluerain,three blueberry photosynthetic rate and photosynthetic active radiation,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate was positively correlated with intercellular CO2concentration was negatively correlated,blueberry light saturation point and light compensation point is Bluerain>Sharpblue>DingJi,the maximum net photosynthesis rate is Bluerain>Sharpblue>DingJi,apparent quantum efficiency for Sharpblue>Bluerain>DingJi and concluded that the photosynthetic capacity of strong performance,adaptability to light environment is good,the DingJi in photosynthetic ability and light adaptation performance is weak,the weak light adaptation is poor.
