摘　　要：昆虫标本是昆虫学研究、教学中必不可少的实验材料.本文详细叙述了昆虫器官玻片标本的制作方法,并对传统昆虫器官玻片标本制作方法进行了优化,使用环保封片剂代替中性树胶进行封片,同时使用了新的封片方法——四点封片法,解决了传统玻片标本制作过程中的一些不足.研究结果可为昆虫学相关教学与科研工作提供帮助.Insect specimen is an indispensable experimental material in insect research and teaching.This paper describer the preparation method of insect organ glass specimen,and optimized the traditional method of insect organ glass specimen production,using environment-friendly sealing agent instead of neutral gum to seal the slide,and using a new sealing method-our-point sealing method to solve some shortcomings in the traditional preparation process.The results can provide some help for the teaching and research of entomology.
