摘 要:采用HVAF喷涂技术,以低温球磨纳米晶合金粉体为喷涂原料,制备出纳米晶NiCrC合金涂层,并对其组织和部分性能进行了实验分析。借助OM、SEM、TEM等对相应纳米晶合金粉体的形貌和涂层在不同状态下的显微组织以及高温环境中的热稳定性进行分析,选用维氏显微硬度计对涂层的显微硬度和断裂韧性进行测试,采用涂盐热重分析法对纳米晶涂层的热腐蚀性能进行检测。实验结果表明纳米晶NiCrC涂层具有致密、均匀的微观组织结构,长时间加热保温后仍能保持纳米尺度的平均晶粒度。相比于相同工艺条件下喷涂同成分雾化合金粉体制备的传统涂层,该纳米晶涂层的机械性能和耐热腐蚀性能均有显著提升。A nanocrystalline NiCrC alloy coating was fabricated by high velocity air fuel(HVAF)spraying technique with nanocrystalline alloy powder as the feedstock,which was processed using cryogenic ball milling(cryomilling)method,and the microstructures and some properties of the coating were investigated.The morphology of the powder,the microstructure and thermal stability of the coating at different states were characterized by optical metallographic microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).A Vickers microhardness tester was employed to determine the coating hardness and fracture toughness.The hot corrosion resistance of the coating was tested via thermogravimetric method.The experimental results indicate that the nanocrystalline NiCrC coatings possess very dense and uniform microstructures and maintain the mean grain size in nanoscale after long time heat treatment.Compared with its conventional counterpart,the mechanical and anti-corrosion properties of nanocrystalline NiCrC coating are improved to a large extent.The excellent performance makes the HVAF sprayed nanocrystalline NiCrC coating a qualified candidate for enhancing the protection effect of high temperature working parts.
