摘 要:为提高薄膜的防污性能,提升油污染废水处理效果,以ODPA、ODA和N-甲基-2,2-二氨基二乙胺为单体,接枝SO~-官能团,经共聚合反应得到聚酰胺酸,再利用二乙胺与1,3-丙烷磺酸内酯反应,用自动涂膜机制备厚度均匀的薄膜。实验表明,此薄膜亲水性良好,具有耐弱碱性,浸泡于pH为7~8的弱碱水中24 h以上,表面状态无明显变化,且力学强度没有减弱,强度可达90 MPa以上。In order to improve antifouling property of film, and improve the effect of oil pollutant effluents, SOfunctional group is grafted through taking ODPA, ODA and N-methyl-2, 2-diamino-diethylamine as the monomer. Polyamide acid is got through polymerization reaction. A film of uniform thickness is prepared by automatic coating mechanism through diethylamine and 1,3-dimethylmethane sulfoacid lactone reaction. The membrane shows good hydrophilic properties. The experiment show that this film is qualified with good hydrophilia and alkalescence, and there is no significant change in surface situation under the soak of pH 7~8 weak base water for more than 24 h. Mechanical strength is not weakened, and the strength will reach more than 90 MPa.
