精准扶贫背景下贫困大学生资助中的问题及解决对策

摘　　要：基于精准扶贫大背景,探讨了精准扶贫与贫困大学生资助的关系。随机选取某高校学生作为调查对象,通过问卷方式,收集了相关数据并进行分析。结果表明,学生对贫困生资助政策了解途径较为单一,由此提出了完善贫困学生资助对策:精准识别家庭经济困难学生,令资助过程更加规范、透明;拓宽学生资助资金来源渠道,改变资助形式单一现状;重视贫困学生的心理健康教育,注重学生品德培养;健全资助管理体系,完善贫困学生评定机制,保证学生资助项目的合理化,精准实施帮扶,保障学生高质量完成学业。Based on the background of precise poverty relief, the study explores the relationship between precise poverty alleviation and the subsidization of impoverished college students. Students of a college are selected as the research objects. Through questionnaire survey, the study collects and analyzes the related data. There are psychological problems among impoverished students. They feel inferior about their identity. This indicates there is lack in the guidance of students’ value. Countermeasures are proposed to perfect impoverished students, i.e. to accurately identify impoverished students, make subsidization more standardized;widen the channel of student subsidization capital sources, change simple subsidization form;pay attention to psychological education of poor students and students’ morality training;perfect subsidization management system and assessment mechanism of impoverished students, to guarantee the rationalization of student subsidization project, accurately implement assistance, and guarantee students to complete high quality study.
