摘　　要：以项目查新分析为例,对贵州省知识产权密集型产业分类指标体系构建的科技情报进行研究。从行业领域、地区分布、委托单位及查新目的四个维度分析了“十三五”期间贵州省科技查新项目所反映出的产业发展现状、发展特点、存在的问题及原因,并针对存在的问题提出一些建议:实现行业多元化发展,促进区域创新协调发展,从多方面激发创新活力,加强科技人才队伍建设,以期为“十四五”期间构建质量高、成长性高、技术性强的知识产权密集型产业提供参考依据。Through taking the novelty retrieval of the project as an example, the study researches the science and technology information of the construction of intellectual property intensive industry classification index system in Guizhou Province;and analyzes the industry development situation, development characteristics, problems and causes of science and technology novelty retrieval of the project in Guizhou Province during “the 13 th Five-Year Plan” period from the following four dimensions: industry field, regional distribution, clients and project under novelty retrieval. Then the study proposes some suggestions, i.e. to achieve the diversified development of the industry, promote regional innovation cooperation development, stimulate innovation vitality from various aspects, and enhance the construction of science and technology talents, to provide reference for the construction of intellectual property intensive industry with high quality, growth and technology during “the 14 th Five-Year Plan” period.
