摘  要:以研究生现代有机合成课程为例,对混合式教学模式的设计与实践进行探讨。混合式教学模式应从教学内容资源、教学方法手段、教学组织实施和教学效果评价等方面进行综合设计和考量。课程主要内容包括九个方面,分别以专题讲座的形式呈现。线上导学、线下课堂授课和课堂研讨等不同的教学环节采用了不同的教学方法,可以通过四种不同的研讨方式来锻炼学生的综合科研能力,为研究生期间科研工作的开展奠定基础。在教学考评模式中融入了一些与实际教学组织实施过程密切相关的过程性考核评价,增加了过程性评价在最终成绩中所占的权重(50%),很好地弥补了传统评价模式中存在的不足。通过在授课期间和结课后与学生进行广泛交流发现,学生对这种新型教学模式高度认可,认为这种混合式教学模式合理可行并行之有效。Through taking graduate course in modern organic synthesis as an example,the study explores the design and practice of blended teaching mode.We should comprehensively design and think about the blended teaching mode from teaching content resource,teaching method,teaching organization and implementation and teaching effect evaluation,etc.The main content of the course mainly includes 9 aspects,and represents in seminar.Different teaching methods are adopted in different teaching links,such as online guidance on learning,offline classroom lecture and course discussion,etc.Students’comprehensive scientific research ability is trained through four kinds of discussion methods,to help them to lay foundation of scientific research during graduation period.The procedural examination and evaluation,which is closely related with some practical teaching organization implementation processes,is integrated into the teaching examination and evaluation mode.The weight of procedural evaluation in final results(50%)is increased.Disadvantages of traditional evaluation mode is made up.Through the wide communication with students during and after class,it is found that students have high cognition degree of new teaching mode,and the blended teaching mode is reasonable and effective.
