摘 要:猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, PEDV)是引起仔猪严重肠道疾病的主要病原,对仔猪具有极高的致死率,给全球养猪行业造成难以估量的经济损失。疫苗作为疫情防控中最有效的手段,其研发工作备受关注。从传统疫苗到基于DNA重组技术诞生的基因工程疫苗如亚单位疫苗、活载体疫苗、转基因植物疫苗以及第3代疫苗,在遏制PEDV疫情蔓延方面均发挥着重要作用。近些年,PEDV疫苗研发取得显著成绩,现对PEDV各种类型疫苗取得的研究成果展开系统回顾,并探讨和展望纳米颗粒在PEDV疫苗开发中的应用前景,以期为猪场PEDV的综合预防提供参考。Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV) is the main pathogen that causes serious enteric diseases in piglets, which has a very high mortality rate to piglets and causes immeasurable economic losses to the global pig industry.As the most effective means of epidemic prevention and control, the vaccines development has attracted much attention.From traditional vaccines to genetically engineered vaccines based on DNA recombination technology such as subunit vaccines, live vector vaccines, transgenic plant vaccines, and third generation vaccines, they play an important role in curbing the spread of PEDV.In recent years, research and development for PEDV vaccines has made remarkable achievements.This article aims to systematically review various types of PEDV vaccines and discuss the potential prospect for nanoparticle used in PEDV vaccines development, which will provide reference for the comprehensive prevention of PEDV.
