摘 要:铁路货车驻车制动基本上采用的是手制动机,随着技术的发展,为减轻操作者的强度,国内外产生了新的驻车制动技术,即自动驻车制动。自动驻车制动按制动力来源分为弹簧制动和保持制动。文中介绍了目前国内外货车自动驻车技术,并详细介绍了一种将驻车制动集成在制动缸上的自动驻车技术,其利用列车管压力作为信号,当压力降低到设定值时,驻车机构动作,将制动时伸出的活塞杆锁住,防止其回退,制动力得以保持,实现自动驻车制动,当列车管压力上升后驻车制动自行缓解;当列车管没有压力空气来缓解驻车制动时,可以通过手动缓解机构缓解驻车制动。Manual brake is frequently applied on cargo trian for parking brake.However,with the technology development a new park braking technology named automatic parking braking is produced at home and abroad to reduce the strength of operators.Automatic parking brake is divided into spring braking and holding braking according to the braking force source.This paper introduces the truck automatic parking technology at home and abroad,and introduces an automatic parking technolgy integrating parking brake on the brake cylinder.It uses the train pipe pressure as a signal.When the pressure drops to the set point,the parking mechanism moves to lock the piston rod of the brake to prevent its retreat,maintain the braking force,maintain the automatic parking brake,and relieve the parking brake after the train tube pressure rises.When the train tube has no pressure air to relieve the parking brake,it can be relieved by a manual relief mechanism.
