摘　　要：我国铁路木地板平车因运输的货物装载易造成木地板损坏,存在木地板耐腐性、抗碾压能力差的问题,已成为影响平车检修周期的关键制约因素。通过对平车检修周期延长的关键零部件技术对比分析,以及新型地板的研制、试验和试用装车情况研究,提出了基于新型地板的我国铁路木地板平车修程修制改革方案的建议。Due to the loading of transported goods,the wooden floor of railway flat car in China is easy to be damaged.The problem of poor corrosion resistance and rolling resistance of wooden floor has become a key restrictive factor affecting the maintenance cycle of flat car.Through the comparative analysis of key parts and technologies for prolonging the maintenance cycle of flat cars,as well as the research on the development,test and trial loading of new floors,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform scheme of repair process and system of railway wooden floor flat cars in China based on new floors.
