摘 要:针对高原缺氧环境、地下长大隧道等不利地区的轨道无缝线路建设过程所遇难题,从整机结构设计、工艺研究和应用情况三个方面对新能源储能式钢轨闪光焊轨机组进行研究。通过对焊轨机组结构、工作原理、独特的拓扑储能架构、舱体力学等分析进行优化设计,研制出一种新能源储能式钢轨闪光焊轨机组,并通过调试获得满足铁标TB/T 1632.2—2014标准的焊接工艺。实际应用表明,新能源焊轨机组具有储存电量高、噪声小、无污染等优点,可解决无缝线路传统闪光焊接在高原和长大隧道内施工难题。目前新能源储能式钢轨闪光焊轨机组已申请发明专利3项、实用新型专利1项、外观专利1项。Against the problems encountered in building seamless rail track in unfavorable areas such as plateau hypoxia environment and long underground tunnels, the new energy storage rail flash welding unit is studied from three aspects: overall structure design, process research and application. By optimizing the structure, working principle, unique topological energy storage structure and cabin mechanical analysis of the rail welding unit, a new energy storage rail flash rail welding unit is manufactured, and the welding process that met the railway standard TB/T 1632.2—2014 was obtained through debugging. The practical application shows that the new energy storage rail flash welding unit has the advantages of high storage of power, low noise, no emission, etc., which can solve the construction problems of seamless line traditional flash welding in plateau and long tunnel. Currently, the new energy storage rail flash welding unit has applied for 3 invention patents, 1 utility model patent and 1 appearance patent.
