摘 要:本文分析国铁供电调度系统和城市轨道交通电力监控系统特点,在充分吸收各系统优点基础上,结合上海市域铁路网络化运营、集成化平台、智能化需求,提出供电调度系统总体架构。供电调度系统采用两级架构,在调度中心设置主站系统,在被控站及工区/车间设置终端系统。其中,主站系统设置四个逻辑子系统,分别实现供电远动、辅助监控、调度运行管理和生产信息管理功能。本文所述市域铁路供电调度系统方案及设计思路,对国内其他城市市域铁路建设具有一定参考价值。The characteristics of railway power supply dispatch system and urban rail transit power monitoring system are analyzed. According to the requirements of network operation, integrated platform and intelligence of Shanghai regional railway, the overall architecture of power supply dispatching system is put forward on the basis of fully integrating the advantages of each system. The power supply dispatch system adopts a two-level architecture. The master system is set in the dispatching center, and the terminal system is set in the controlled station and the working area/workshop. Among which, the master system is set up with four logic subsystems to realize the functions of power supply remote operation, auxiliary monitoring, dispatching operation management and production information management. The scheme and design ideas of regional rail power supply dispatch system described in the paper have certain reference value for the construction of regional rails in other cities in China.
