摘  要:本文以达州市罗江大桥为例,对宽桥面长节段独塔中央索面斜拉桥施工控制关键技术进行论述,包括原材料匮乏地区C60高性能大体积混凝土制备与裂缝防治、异形塔墩液压爬模模板改进、短平台前后结合支点复合型牵索挂篮设计和优化、宽桥面长节段悬浇梁体线形控制及施工过程用于斜拉索检修的滑动吊篮研发等。通过一系列优化及创新措施,罗江大桥宽桥面长节段异形独塔中央索面斜拉桥施工安全和质量得到有效控制,同时施工效率也得以提高,且经济效益及社会效益显著,可供同类工程参考。Taking the Luojiang River Bridge in Dazhou as an example, this paper discusses the key technologies of construction control of the cable-stayed bridge with wide deck and long segment, single tower and central cable plane, including the production of C60 high-performance mass concrete and crack prevention in areas where raw materials are scarce, the improvement of hydraulic climbing formwork for special-shaped tower pier, the design and optimization of composite cable suspended hanging basket of short platform, the linear control of long-segment cantilever cast-in-place beam body on wide bridge deck, and the development of sliding hanging basket for maintenance of stay cables during construction. Through a series of optimization and innovative measures, the construction safety and quality of the Luojiang River Bridge cable-stayed bridge with wide deck and long segment special-shaped single-tower central cable plane have been effectively controlled, and the construction efficiency are improved. The related results have obvious economic and social benefits and can be used as reference for similar projects.
