推进水利工程管理现代化的思考

摘　　要：党的十九大开启了全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程,标志着我国现代化进程进入了新阶段。水利现代化作为中国特色社会主义现代化的组成部分,水利工程管理现代化则是水利现代化的重要体现。文章系统梳理分析了十九大以来水利工程管理面临的新形势新要求,以及典型地区在水利工程管理现代化方面的有益探索,从现代化的目标、行业发展、市场化、技术应用等方面对如何推动水利工程管理现代化进行了讨论。With the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)starting a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,China s modernization process has entered a new stage.Modernization of the water sector is an integral part of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,and modernization of water project management is an important embodiment of modernization of the water sector.This paper systematically analyzes the new situation and requirements of water project management since the 19th CPC National Congress,as well as the exploration in the modernization of water project management in typical areas,and discusses the modernization of water project management from the aspects of objectives,development of the water sector,marketization and technology application.
