摘  要:加强城市排涝通道建设,对增强城市排水系统韧性,降低城区内涝风险具有重要意义。科学确定排涝通道定位、标准及建设时序是规划设计中的核心环节。文章以宿迁市十支沟为例,根据“高水高排”的理念,基于不同情景下所承担流量的分析,结合上下游所衔接河道的现状及规划情况,明确了河道标准及建设时序。最终结合城市安全格局构建、城区近远期发展等综合因素考虑,提出明确的排涝通道整体建设建议,对宿迁市乃至类似城市内涝标准的系统提升有重要意义。Strengthening the construction of urban drainage channels is significant for enhancing the resilience of urban drainage systems and reducing the risk of urban waterlogging.The scientific determination of the location,standard and construction sequence of the drainage channels is the most important part in the planning and design.This paper conducts a case study of the Shizhigou River in Suqian City.According to the concept of"high water discharge volume when facing high water level",this paper analyze the flow under different scenarios.At the same time,combined with the current situation and planning of the connection of rivers upstream and downstream,standards and construction sequence are clarified.Finally,considering the comprehensive factors such as the construction of the urban security pattern and the short-term and long-term development of the urban area,a clear proposal for the overall construction of the drainage channels is put forward.The result of this study is meaningful for the enhancement of urban waterlogging prevention and control standard in Suqian and other cities.
