摘  要:目的探讨应用游离股前外侧KISS皮瓣移植修复手部及指蹼创面的手术方法及临床疗效。方法2017年9月-2021年9月,对10例手部及指蹼皮肤软组织缺损患者,采用游离股前外侧KISS皮瓣进行移植修复,皮瓣切取面积:7.0 cm×6.0 cm~14.0 cm×10.0 cm,供区创面全部直接缝合。结果术后10例皮瓣全部成活,经6~37个月随访,皮瓣质地优良,外形满意,痛觉、温觉、触觉均有较好恢复,供区愈合良好,行走活动功能无影响。按中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:优3例,良5例,可2例,优良率80%。结论应用游离股前外侧KISS皮瓣一次性移植修复手部及指蹼皮肤软组织缺损,是修复此类损伤较为良好的术式。Objective To investigate the surgical methods and clinical effect of repairing soft tissue defects of the hands and fingerwebs by the anterolateral thigh KISS flap.Methods From September 2017 to September 2021,10 patients with soft tissue defects of the hand and fingerweb were repaired by using anterolateral thigh KISS flap,the area of the flaps was about 7.0 cm×6.0 cm~14.0 cm×10.0 cm.The donor wounds were directly sutured.Results All 10 flaps survived.All the cases were followed up for 6 to 37 months.Both the texture and the shape of all the flaps were excellent.The pain sensation,warm sensation,and touch sensation of the flap recovered,the donor sites showed good,and no effect on the walking function.According to provisional functioanal assessment criteria for upper limbs issued by Hand Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association,3 cases were graded as excellent,5 cases as good,2 cases as fair,the excellent and good rate was 80%.Conclusion Using anterolateral thigh KISS flap One-time transplant to repair soft tissue defects in the hands and fingerwebs,it is a relatively good way to repair such injuries.
