摘　　要：目的探讨游离桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损的手术方法及治疗效果。方法2016年2月-2021年6月,对22例手指皮肤软组织缺损患者采用游离桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣进行修复,供区均直接缝合。结果术后22例皮瓣全部成活,并获得3~18个月随访。供区仅留有线性瘢痕,皮瓣质地优良,外形满意,痛觉、温觉、触觉均有恢复,两点辨别觉达10~15 mm。结论游离桡动脉掌浅支皮瓣供区隐蔽,创伤小,皮瓣切取简单,桡动脉掌浅支与指固有动脉口径匹配,吻合容易,修复手指复合组织缺损时可携带神经、肌腱,是修复手指复合组织缺损创面一种良好的方法。Objective To discuss the surgical method and effect of the superficial palmar branch of the radial artery flap free transplantation in repairing digital soft tissue defect.Methods Twenty-two patients with digital skin and soft tissue defect were treated by free transplantation of the superficial palmar branch of the radial artery flap from February 2016 to June 2021.The superficial palmar branch of radial artery could also bridge the defect area of digital proper artery and digital proper nerve,and the tendon palmaris longus could be cut to bridge the defect of digital tendon when the flap was cut.Results All 22 cases of flaps completely survived and were followed up for 3 to 18 months.Only linear surgical scar was left at the donor site.Fingers had satisfactory appearance and excellent texture,the pain,temperature and touch sensation recovered.The two-point discrimination sensation could be restored for 10-15 mm.Conclusion The superficial palmar branch of the radial artery flap free transplantation has the advantages of concealed donor site,small trauma,simple flap incision,matching diameter of superficial palmar branch of radial artery with proper digital artery,easy anastomosis,and carrying nerve and tendon in repairing compound tissue defect of digital,it is one of the ideal methods for repairing compound wound defect of digit.
