摘　　要：目的探讨手指末节小组织块完全离断再植的手术方式、术后管理及临床疗效。方法对2019年8月-2021年9月收治的30例30指末节小组织块离断进行再植,仅吻合一条动脉7例,吻合一动一静20例,动脉静脉化3例,分别重建血液循环。结果术后再植组织块完全成活29例,1例部分坏死,换药后痂下伤口痊愈。术后随访4~12个月,再植组织块饱满,手指外形满意,血供好,两点辨别觉4~7 mm。结论对于末节小组织块离断,只要组织块内有可供吻合的血管重建血液循环,应尽量采用超级显微外科技术行组织块离断再植,可以获得良好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the surgical method,postoperative management and clinical effect of replantation of completely severed tissue block of distal segment of finger.Methods From August 2019 to September 2021,30 cases of 30 finger distal segment group were replanted.Only 7 cases were anastomosed with one artery,20 cases were anastomosed with one artery and one vein,and 3 cases were anastomosed with arterial venalization.The blood circulation was reconstructed respectively.Results The replanted tissue mass survived completely in 29 cases and had partial necrosis in 1 case.After dressing change,the scab healed and the wound healed.The postoperative follow-up was 4-12 months.The replanted tissue mass was full,the shape of the finger was satisfactory,the blood supply was good,and the two-point discrimination was 4-7 mm.Conclusion As long as there are anastomotic blood vessels in the tissue block to reconstruct blood circulation,super micro technology should be used for tissue block detachment and replantation,which can obtain good clinical effect.
