摘　　要：通过分析上海黄浦江航道特点和弯道船舶航行困难情况,研究船舶避碰和通航安全相关规章制度,探索提出船舶环形航法,进一步降低船舶航行紧迫局面概率,降低船舶碰撞风险,提升海事通航安全监管效能。Based on a study of the characteristics of Shanghai Huangpu River channel and the difficulties of ship navigation along the bend,this paper analyzes relevant laws and regulations on ship collision prevention and navigation safety,and puts forward the"circular way"navigation method,which is intended to reduce the possibility of close-quarters situations,lower the risks of ship collision and improve the efficiency of the navigation safety supervision by the maritime administration.
