摘　　要：目的:设计突发公共卫生事件应急物资管理平台,以提高应急物资保障能力。方法:该平台应用物联网、大数据、人工智能和云计算等技术开发,主要由硬件设备和软件系统组成。其中,硬件设备由智能工作台、AGV(automated guided vehicle)机器人、身份识别终端、视频监控终端及温湿度监控终端组成。软件系统采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构,运用Java语言进行模块化功能设计,由智慧仓储管理系统、AGV作业系统、环境监控系统和辅助决策系统组成。结果:该平台可实现高效的仓储物资管理、智能环境管理和多维的数据分析,能够满足应急物资管理的需求。结论:该平台提高了应急物资管理水平,为应对突发公共卫生事件提供了有力保障。Objective To design an emergency material management platform for public health emergencies to improve emergency material support. Methods An emergency material management platform for public health emergencies was developed with technologies of Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence and cloud computing, which was composed of the hardware devices and software system. The hardware involved in an intelligent operation table, an automated guided vehicle(AGV), an identification terminal, a video monitoring terminal and a temperature and humidity monitoring terminal.The software system adopted a Browser/Server(B/S) architecture and used Java language for module function design, and consisted of an intelligent storage management system, an AGV operation system, an environmental monitoring system and an assisted decision-making system. Results The platform developed realized efficient storage material management, intelligent environment management and multi-dimensional data analysis, and met the needs of emergency material management.Conclusion The platform developed improves the management of emergency materials and provides support for responding to public health emergencies.
