摘　　要：从复杂性科学角度在产品复杂性、业务流程复杂性和组织复杂性3个方面对医用耗材管理复杂性进行了根源分析,针对管理复杂性中的难点提出了管控策略,并探讨了医用耗材准入管理和院内物流管理2个方面的复杂性度量,为医用耗材管理者提供了借鉴。The complexity of medical consumables management was analyzed from the aspects of product complexity,business process complexity and organizational complexity, and some supervision strategies were put forward in view of the difficult points in management complexity. The complexity measurement of medical consumables access management and inhospital logistics management were discussed, and references were provided for medical consumables managers.
