摘　　要：目的:改装一种机动性好、检验项目齐全、展开和撤收迅速的野战检验车,以提升卫勤分队保障能力。方法:对XCY2002-1/200型野战X射线诊断车进行改装,拆除车内原有的设备、内隔板,对车厢内部重新设计布局,根据厢体容积和任务需求确定各检验模块,并对电路及照明系统、消毒系统、空调、暖风系统、供电系统等进行改造。结果:经多次野外卫勤保障、抢险救灾、巡诊巡治任务等实战性检验,改装的野战检验车能作为独立模块开展工作,能实现快速响应、快速部署和撤收。结论:该改装车能满足卫勤保障及灾害医疗救援等任务的临床检验要求,实现医院“检验科”快速机动,对提高卫勤保障、灾害救援等任务的医学检验能力具有重要意义。Objective To develop a field clinical laboratory vehicle to enhance the support ability of medical service detachments, which behaves well in high mobility, complete examination items and rapid deployment and withdrawal. Methods One XCY2002-1/200 field X-ray diagnostic vehicle was modified by removing the original equipment and internal partitions inside, re-designing the interior layout, determining clinical laboratory modules based on the volume of the compartment and the task requirements and reforming the electrical circuit and lighting system, disinfection system, air conditioning system,warm air system, power supply system, etc. Results Field trials in field medical support, disaster relief and rounds of visits proved that the modified vehicle gained advantages in rapid response, deployment and withdrawal when used as an independent function module. Conclusion The modified vehicle meets the clinical laboratory requirements of medical service support and disaster relief and contributes to rapid maneuver of the clinical laboratory department, which is of great significance for improving the clinical laboratory ability during medical service support and disaster relief.
