摘  要:针对当前提升老年群体健康信息素养的现实需求,利用波特五力模型分析医学图书馆在老年人健康信息素养培训中的竞争力及主要的5种竞争力量,呈现医学图书馆开展老年人健康信息素养培训过程中面临的各种因素,找到竞合驱动因素,构建竞合策略矩阵,提出具有资源共享性、优势互补性、技术融合性、需求导向性的竞合策略,通过竞合策略形成多元融合的培训模式,助推医学图书馆深化服务领域、提升社会价值,为医学图书馆整合优势开展老年人健康信息素养培训提供思路。In view of the current practical needs of improving the health information literacy of the elderly,Michael Porter′s Five Forces Model was used to analyze the competitiveness status and five main competitive forces of medical libraries in the health information literacy training of the elderly.Multiple factors faced by medical libraries in the process of carrying out health information literacy training for the elderly were presented.The driving factors of competition and cooperation were found,the strategy matrix of competition and cooperation was constructed,and the strategy with resource sharing,advantage complementarity,technology integration and demand orientation was proposed.With Co-opetition strategy,a diversified and integrated training model was formed to promote medical libraries to deepen their service fields and enhance social value,providing ideas for medical libraries to integrate advantages to carry out health information literacy training for the elderly.
