精细护理用于肛周脓肿术后疼痛的临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨精细护理用于肛周脓肿术后疼痛的临床意义。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年1月在辽宁省大连大学附属新华医院肛肠VIP病房的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组40例患者提供临床传统护理方法,结合精细护理模式,对照组40例患者采取临床传统护理方法,对两组患者VAS评分及满意度临床问卷评分进行比较。结果 试验组患者肛周脓肿术后VAS评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者肛周脓肿术后满意度临床问卷评分高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对肛周脓肿患者进行精细护理有助于促进创面愈合并减轻疼痛,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the clinical significance of fine nursing for postoperative pain of perianal abscess. Methods Patients in the anorectal VIP ward of Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. In the control group, 40 patients with perianal abscess after surgery were treated with traditional nursing method. VAS scores and satisfaction scores of patients with perianal abscess after surgery in the two groups were compared. Results The VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Fine nursing care for patients with perianal abscess can promote wound healing,reduce pain and improve patient satisfaction.
