摘 要:目的 探讨ICU气管插管患者并发肺部感染的原因及护理对策。方法 将我院2020年3月至2021年3月收治的60例ICU气管插管患者,以随机数字表法分两组。对照组给予常规护理,试验组实施针对性护理。比较两组护理前后肺部炎性因子、满意度、肺部感染发生率。结果 护理前两组肺部炎性因子比较,P>0.05,在护理之后,两组均显著降低,其中试验组的TNF-α、Hs-CRP、IL-6数值均比对照组低,P<0.05。试验组的满意度比对照组高(P<0.05),试验组的满意度是(96.13±3.25)分,而对照组的满意度是(83.21±2.12)分。试验组肺部感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组肺部感染有1例,占3.33%,而对照组肺部感染8例,占26.67%。结论 ICU气管插管患者并发肺部感染的原因较多,通过对ICU气管插管患者实施针对性护理效果确切,可有效促进排痰,减少肺部感染风险,提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the causes of pulmonary infection in ICU patients with tracheal intubation and the nursing countermeasures.Methods Sixty ICU patients with tracheal intubation from March 2020 to March 2021 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with a digital table. The control group was given routine care, and the experimental group was given targeted care. The pulmonary inflammatory factors, satisfaction degree, and incidence of pulmonary infection were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results Comparison of inflammatory factors in the lungs of the two groups before nursing, P>0.05, after nursing, both groups were significantly reduced, and the values of TNF-α, hs-CRP,IL-6 in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, P<0.05. The satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of the experimental group was(96.13±3.25) points, while the satisfaction degree of the control group was(83.21±2.12) points. The incidence of lung infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was 1 case of lung infection in the experimental group, accounting for 3.33%, and 8 cases of lung infection in the control group, accounting for 26.67%. Conclusion There are many reasons for ICU tracheal intubation patients with pulmonary infection. The effect of targeted care for ICU tracheal intubation patients is definite, which can effectively promote sputum production, reduce the risk of lung infection, and improve patient satisfaction.
