摘 要:目的 与反复多次胸腔穿刺抽液相对比,探讨经皮穿刺胸腔置入中心静脉导管持续引流治疗中或大量胸腔积液的效果。方法 100例病例筛选自本院收治的中、大量胸腔积液患者,纳入时间为2018年12月至2019年12月。病例经过随机排序后,分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组实施反复多次胸腔穿刺抽液治疗,研究组实施经皮穿刺胸腔置入中心静脉导管持续引流治疗。对比2种治疗方案的应用效果。结果 组间治疗有效率对比,研究组更低(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组胸水吸收时间、住院费用、治疗后3个月胸膜厚度都优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 经皮穿刺胸腔置入中心静脉导管持续引流治疗各种病因所致中或大量胸腔积液能够取到更为明显的临床疗效,且患者发生气胸、胸腔感染、胸膜反应等并发症的概率较低。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous drainage of central venous catheter through percutaneous puncture in the treatment of moderate or massive pleural effusion compared with repeated pleural puncture. Methods A total of 100 cases were selected from patients with moderate to large amounts of pleural effusion admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019. After random sorting, the cases were divided into comparison group and study group, with 50 cases in each group. The contrast group repeated pleural puncture pumping liquid treatment,the team implement the percutaneous puncture chest in central venous catheter drainage treatment continuously. The application effect of the two treatment programs was compared. Results The effective rate of the study group was lower than that of the other groups(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the time of pleural fluid absorption, hospitalization cost and pleural thickness at 3 months after treatment in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous puncture of central venous catheter in the treatment of moderate or large amount of pleural effusion caused by various causes can obtain more obvious clinical efficacy, and the incidence of pneumothorax, chest infection, pleural reaction and other complications.
