RPR滴度在梅毒检测中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨快速血浆反应素环状卡片试验(RPR)滴度在梅毒检测中的应用意义。方法选取本院接收的82例疑似梅毒患者作为研究对象,所有受试者均进行RPR检测和梅毒螺旋体ELISA试验,评价不同检测方法的检测结果,并与TAAP(梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集法)对比。结果RPR检测有假阳性和假阴性现象,RPR阳性检出率<ELISA检测<TPPA(P<0.05);RPR检测符合率、特异度、敏感度<ELISA检测<TPPA(P<0.05)。结论RPR滴度在梅毒检测中有一定的应用价值,可为梅毒初筛提供参考,但为避免漏诊和误诊,建议联合ELISA检测,从而提高临床诊断准确率。Objective To investigate the significance of rapid plasma reagin ring card test(RPR)in the detection of syphilis.Methods 82 patients with suspected syphilis received by our hospital were selected as the subjects.All the subjects were tested by RPR and Treponema pallidum ELISA,and the results of different detection methods were evaluated and compared with those of TAAP(Treponema pallidum gelatin agglutination assay).Results There were false positive and false negative phenomena in RPR test.The positive rate of RPR<ELISA test<TPPA(P<0.05);The coincidence rate,specificity and sensitivity of RPR detection<ELISA<TPPA(P<0.05).Conclusion RPR titer has certain application value in the detection of syphilis,and can provide reference for the preliminary screening of syphilis.However,in order to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,it is recommended to combine ELISA detection,so as to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
